AI playing AI – Samsung 40″ LCD HD Ready TV.

Using a Samsung 40″ LCD SAMSUNG LE40A557P2FXXU I am getting this problem with some games on the XBOX 360…. You can see the horizontal lines crossing the screen while moving in and out. This happens most on fallout 3, saints row 2, Dead rising. It does not happen at all on COD wow or Forza 2…. does anyone have any suggestions for settings etc, or is my TV faulty? Any help greatly appreciated
